First class property. I am a Regional Sales Manager for a large international Corporation. I conducted a Sales meeting with my team at this corporate cottage. My team stayed there and we did our meeting at the property. The meeting space was huge and First class. My team commented that it was the best place we ever stayed at for a meeting. Our unique venue provides your company with the right atmosphere for exchanging ideas and team building for large and small groups. The Blue Ridge and Sandhills Lodges provide a professional yet comfortable home-like environment with large common areas on each floor to help bring everyone together. The lower levels in each lodge have large conference rooms with classic mahogany tables and executive chairs, 2 bedrooms with private living rooms flank the conference room and a foosball table and corn hole game ensure your meetings are not all work and no play. The upper levels have 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a kitchen in an open floor plan surrounded on 3 sides by a veranda with great views. Our guests say they feel like they are in a comfy large vacation home that allows plenty of privacy.
Each common area is surrounded by large suites separated by double walls from the common areas ensuring some can sleep while others party. Each 600-square-foot bedroom has a private bath with double vanities and walk-in closets.
Finally, the nine-foot wide deck surrounds three sides of each cottage and, having a roof, provides a comfortable place to relax as a group enjoying the beautiful views rain or shine. The gas grill enables great dinners that help keep the team together for a measure of meeting continuity and privacy not possible at a typical hotel.
The Hatteras Cottage with 4 double queen suites and the Piedmont Cottage with 4 king suites both offer similar settings for smaller meetings or additional guests to be housed nearby.
