Located in the Chapel Hill area of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, the Inn at Governors Club offers the Piedmont Cottage — four king suites in a private cottage adjacent to the Governors Club clubhouse. Each suite has its own bath and kitchenette, and the cottage overlooks a private, Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course you can take in from the wraparound deck. It suits corporate retreats, family reunions, golf outings and micro-weddings.
The Inn at Governors Club is a more intimate setting than even the nicest hotel for a corporate retreat, family reunion, golf outing or wedding party. Rooms are available for those attending sporting events at UNC, Duke or NCSU, or for anyone curious what living in The Governors Club gated community is like. Guests love the layout — a central common area that makes it feel like home, allowing as much privacy or camaraderie as each guest prefers.
We're about 20 minutes from RDU International Airport and a short drive from UNC, Duke and downtown Chapel Hill. Most guests come at the invitation of a Governors Club resident, who can extend club access - the clubhouse, golf and fitness center - through their own guest privileges. Those arrangements are made directly between your host and the club.
