Celebrate the Season at the Festifall Arts Festival in Downtown Chapel Hill

Combine all the best qualities of art, food, music, and fun to create one of Chapel Hill’s greatest annual celebrations: Festifall. It’s been around for 45 years, displaying the wide variety of artists and crafts people to more than 15,000 attendees. Carefully selected from the large pool of applicants, the Festifall artists are some of the best in the region. Artists participating also have a chance to win $1100! Susan Tierney, Artist Services Manager at the Durham Arts Council, will serve as the juror for all artists. Stick around to see if your favorite artist got the prize.

This year’s Festifall features over 100 talented artists in a variety of mediums including ceramics, jewelry, metals, painting, photography, woodworking, and glass.  Admire and purchase sculptures, drawings, instruments, original studio pottery, unique jewelry, and much more that are all originally designed and handmade by the featured artists. Festifall guarantees that the festival is presenting unique items that are never manufactured or mass produced.

Festifall will also host nine crowd-favorite food trucks, all located in the Food Truck Court. Grab a light lunch or chow down at Bam Pow Chow. Savor something sweet at Ben & Jerry’s and Dusty Donuts or cool off at Jay’s Italian Ice before heading to the stages. Three performance venues will be hosting a mix of performers that are sure to impress. Musicians, bands, a cappella singers, dance companies, comedians, and more are all here to entertain you during your time at Festifall.
